According to Chelsea, both players have agreed to move to Dortmund, with Chukwuemeka signing a permanent deal worth up to £24m and Anselmino joining on a season-long loan without an option to buy.
Chelsea's manager, Enzo Maresca, has assured Anselmino that he is part of the team's long-term plans. However, Maresca believes that Anselmino needs to play regular football at this stage in his career, which is why he has allowed him to join Dortmund.
