The Uruguay defender signed a new deal with the club over the New Year, which includes an escape clause worth €60m.
This clause can be triggered between July 1st and 15th, allowing Araujo to potentially leave the club at a set price.
Despite past interest from teams like Manchester United and Bayern Munich, there have been no fresh approaches to Araujo this month, according to recent reports.
Araujo is currently focused on his work with Barcelona and is expected to join the team's preseason training on July 13th.
