The Academy's role is to provide the first team with players who are ready to play, Noble explained. He pointed out that the club has a tradition of producing players from within, citing himself, Declan Rice, and Ben Johnson as examples.
Recently, Ezra Mayers and Preston Fearon have extended their contracts until 2028, while U21s captain Airidas Golambeckis has committed to the Club until 2029. Development squad players Mohamadou Kanté and Josh Landers also signed new contracts in October.
Noble added, "Securing five new deals in just over a week is a significant achievement. We believe in giving our best players the opportunity to shine."
